I understand that things may not always be as ideal as we'd like, however, I do not offer buyer remorse refunds. What I do offer is return-for-replacements on dice that arrive damaged. Email me at tenquillsdice.com with the header "Order Number [# Here] Return". Be sure to include a detailed description and any/all pictures you may have concerning the return.
